Our booking policies are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all guests. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
